The Peterborough Seaside Festival is a one day community event in January. The event is staged at the foreshore reserve in the coastal town of Peterborough in South-West Victoria and features live music, markets and local produce, amusements and rides, canoe races on the river, a children's beach triathlon,reptile show and animal nursery etc. The festivities commence at 3pm and conclude with a spectacular fireworks display at 10pm - overlooking the majestic Newfield Bay.
